A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFERS
WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax is required to make transfers for bond payments; and
WHEREAS, the city clerk/treasurer has presented the following list of additional transfers
needed as of June 1, 2017, based on a review of the debt payments made in FYI 7.
Section 1. 06-01-2017 Debt Payments Additional Transfers Needed:
a. From General Fund to Debt Service Fund: $35.55
b. From LOST Fund to Debt Service Fund: $33.65
c. From TIF Fund to Debt Service Fund: $30.43
Total Additional Transfers to Debt Service $99.63
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Iowa, that the city cleric/treasurer is directed to make all listed entries.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby
authorized and directed to execute said resolution.
