RESOLUTION SETTING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING
CONCERNING UPDATING 2012 FAIRFAX ZONING CODE
FOR THE CITY OF FAIRFAX
WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax is required to recodify at least every five years; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax is required to hold a hearing concerning adopting an
updated 2017 Fairfax Code of Ordinances, 2017 Fairfax Zoning Code, and Zoning Map, which is
part of the 2017 Fairfax Zoning Code; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the public hearing concerning adopting
an updated 2017 Fairfax Code of Ordinances, 2017 Fairfax Zoning Code, and Zoning Map, as part
of the 2017 Fairfax Zoning Code for the City of Fairfax, Iowa, shall be held at the city council
meeting on Tuesday, December 12, 2017, at 6:00 PM at the Fairfax City Hall at 300 80th Street
Court.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that
the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Resolution.
