RESOLUTION SETTING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING
CONCERNING AMENDING THE 2012 FAIRFAX ZONING CODE
FOR THE CITY OF FAIRFAX
WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax wants to amend the 2012 Fairfax Zoning Code to update
portions of Section 1.07; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax is required to hold a hearing concerning amending the
2012 Fairfax Zoning Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the public hearing concerning amending
the 2012 Fairfax Zoning Code for the City of Fairfax,Iowa,shall be held at the city council meeting
on Tuesday, December 12, 2017, at 6:00 PM at the Fairfax City Hall at 300 80th Street Court.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that
the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Resolution.
