RESOLUTION APPROVING P.O.S. NO. 2234 PART OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE
SW 1/4, SECTION 4, T82N, R8W IN THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, LINN CONTY,
IOWA
WHEREAS, Wade Wamre with Shive Hattery, Inc. has submitted Plat of Survey (P.O.S.) No. 2234
to the City of Fairfax on behalf of Bruce Sevig; and
WHEREAS, the purpose of P.O.S. No. 2234 is to split property to transfer to Iowa Lot Development,
LLC for the development of Heartland Heights Second Addition; and
WHEREAS, Hall and Hall Engineers, Inc. has reviewed P.O.S. No. 2234 and has recommended
approval of this Plat of Survey.
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa,that Plat
of Survey No. 2234 is hereby acknowledged and approved on the part of the City of Fairfax, Linn County,
Iowa.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and the City
Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Resolution.
