A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING COMBINING
FD SAVINGS ACCOUNT BREAKDOWN
WHEREAS,the City of Fairfax has two savings accounts for the Fairfax Fire Department;
and
WHEREAS, one of these savings accounts is for fireworks donations and expenses; and
WHEREAS,the other Fairfax Fire department's savings account is for all other donations;
and
WHEREAS, this second account has multiple un-needed breakdowns in the accounting
system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Iowa, that the city clerk/treasurer is directed to combine these accounting system breakdowns for
this second Fairfax Fire department saving account into one account balance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby
authorized and directed to execute said resolution.
