RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE PROCESS AND FEES
ASSOCIATED WITH THE FAIRFAX OFF-LEASH DOG PARK
WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax has established an Off-Leash Dog Park; and
WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax has adopted an ordinance listing the rules of the Fairfax
Off-Leash Dog Park as part of the Fairfax Park Regulations; and
WHEREAS,the Fairfax Park Regulations states that all forms and fees for the Fairfax Off-
Leash Dog Park shall be approved and set by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the attached forms are hereby approved; and
WHEREAS, the following shall be the fees associated with the Fairfax Off-Leash Dog
Park:
Fairfax Dog Park ID with lanyard:
Annually-
$25.00 per dog for a City of Fairfax resident
$35.00 per dog for a non-resident
Per-Occurrence-
$5.00 for a replacement or second ID lanyard
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Fairfax City Council does hereby
approve the forms and establish the fees associated with the Fairfax Off-Leash Dog Park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that
the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Resolution.
