Home My WebLink AboutRESOLUTION NO. 2018-47 RESOLUTION NO. 2018-47 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT WHEREAS, the City of Fairfax reviews plats within the two-mile jurisdiction of the City of Fairfax's city limits; and WHEREAS,a plat of Arp Southview Road First Addition to Linn County,Iowa containing two (2) lots, numbered Lot 1, and Lot A, has been filed with the City of Fairfax; WHEREAS, the plat is found to be correct and in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the State of Iowa, and the ordinances of the City of Fairfax, in relation to Plats and Additions to Cities. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that said plat and dedication of said Arp Southview Road First Addition to Linn County, Iowa, be and the same is hereby acknowledged and approved on the part of the City of Fairfax, Iowa. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to certify this resolution of approval and affix the same to said plat as by law provided.
