RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS TO HENRY AND HALLIE ADDITION TO THE CITY
OF FAIRFAX, LINN COUNTY, IOWA
WHEREAS, City staff. has performed part-time field observations during the installation
of the public sanitary sewer improvements, and Hall and Hall Engineers, Inc. provided
observation during the testing of the public sanitary sewer facilities, and City staff recommends
that the Fairfax City Council accepts the Henry and Hallie Addition public sanitary sewer
Improvements with the following condition:
1. The 4-year Maintenance Bond for the public sanitary sewer is provided to the City of
Fairfax.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Iowa, that the public sanitary sewer improvements in the Henry and Hallie Addition to the City
of Fairfax, Linn County, Iowa are accepted by the City of Fairfax with the following condition:
1. The 4-year Maintenance Bond for the public sanitary sewer is provided to the City of
Fairfax.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor
and the City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Resolution.
