RESOLUTION FOR PLACEMENT OF AN ALLIANT ENERGY STREET LIGHT
WHEREAS,the City of Fairfax received a request from the residents in the area of 224 Nickolet Street
for an additional street light; and
WHEREAS, an easement has been obtained for the overhead wiring; and
WHEREAS, Alliant Energy supplies the power to this area of Fairfax and they require a street light
resolution.
NOW, TIREREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that
Alliant Energy is hereby directed to make the following changes to the existing system, at the location described
herein (or shown on an attached map made part of this Resolution) according to the terms expressed in the
existing street light contract:
NEW INSTLLATION OR CHNGES IN EXISTING SYSTEM-
Add Delete Wattage Style of Type and Wiring
Number Number Luminaire Height of Pole
1 80W LED Roadway 335' Wood Overhead
LOCATION OF NEW INSTALLATION OR CHANGES:
224 Nickolet Street
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and
directed to execute said Resolution.
