RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, AND ESTIMATED COST
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE FAIRFAX SPORTS COMPLEX
SPLASH PAD
BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that bids shall
be received on Wednesday, August 7, 2019, at 10:00 AM in the office of the City Clerk for the
Fairfax Sports Complex Splash Pad Project; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,That the Public Hearing for the plans, specifications,
form of contract, and estimated cost for the Fairfax Sports Complex Splash Pad Project shall be
held at the City Council Meeting on Tuesday,August 13, 2019, at 6:00 PM at Fairfax City Hall.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Resolution.
