RESOLUTION RESCINDING
RESOLUTION NO. 2019-80 APPROVING WAGES FOR CITY EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, the Fairfax City Council discussed non-library and non-fire department wages during the
December 10, 2019 City Council meeting and passed RESOLUTION NO. 2019-80 APPROVING WAGES
FOR CITY EMPLOYEES; and
WHEREAS, this Resolution established a 2.00% increase for non-library and non-fire department
employee pay effective January 1, 2020 and an additional $1.00 per hour for Mike Rammelsberg; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to now rescind RESOLUTION NO. 2019-80 APPROVING
WAGES FOR CITY EMPLOYEES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Fairfax City Council that RESOLUTION NO.
2019-80 APPROVING WAGES FOR CITY EMPLOYEES is hereby rescinded.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Iowa, that the Mayor and
City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute said Resolution.
