SPECIAL CITY COUleTCIL MEETING
January 22, 2024
A special meeting of the Fairfax City Council was held January 22, 2024 at the Fairfax City
Hall. Mayor Jo Ann Beer cailed the meeting to order at 6:00 PM. Councilmembers present
were: Tom Nurre, Mike Daly, Dan Wozniak, Nick Volk, and Marianne Wainwright.
Discussion was held concerning the FY25 budget. Tax levy information, the budget
spreadsheet, and the CIP list were reviewed.
Marianne Wainwright informed the city council she will not be able to attend the March 5
meeting.
The city clerk/treasurer reported the auditors are here Monday and Tuesday ihis week as well
as Tuesday and Wednesday next week.
Motioned by Daly, seconded by Nurre to adjourn the meeting. Ayes: Nurre, Daly, Wozniak,
Volk, and Wainwright. Nays: None. Motion carried.
Mayor Beer adjourned the meeting at approximately 9:27 PM.
