Oct. 5, 1936.
NOW, TO-WIT, this 5th day of October, A. D., 1936, at the
hour of 7:30 o 'clock P. M. the Council of the Town of Fairfax met
in regular session with rFayor Wm. Behle presiding.
Councilmen present:- C.E.Heaton, John Wavra, Frank Moynihan,
and Chas J. Dvorak.
Councilment absent:- C. J. Knickerbocker.
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.
On motion of Councilman Heaton and seconded by councilman
Wavra, and unanimously carried, the meeting adjourned.
