Nov. 2, 1936.
NOW, TO-WITH, this 2nd day of November, A. D., 1936, at the
hour of 7:30 P. M. the council of the town of Fairfax met in regular
session with ??ayor Wm. Behle presiding.
Councilmen present:- C. J. Knickerbocker, John Wavra and
Frank Moynihan.
Councilmen absent:- Chas J. Dvorak and C. E. Heaton.
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.
On motion of councilman Knickerbocker, seconded by councilman
Moynihan, and unanimously carried, it was resolved that J. L. Krall,
Clerk, bq,and is hereby authorized and instructed to purchase such
books, records and other supplies necessary for use of the town
clerk and the town treasurer.
On motion of councilman John Wavra, seconded by councilman
Knickerbocker, and unanimously carried, it was resolved that
F. J. Laughlin, M.D.be appointed Health Officer of the Town of
Fairfax, Iowa to serve until the next general election.
On motion of councilman Moynihan, seconded by councilman
Wavra, and unanimously carried, the meeting adjourned.
