NOW, TO-WIT, this 3rd day of May, A.D., 1937
at the hour of 7:30 P. M. the council of the Town of Fairfax,
Linn County, Iowa met in regular session with Mayor Behle
Presiding.
Councilmen Present: C.J.Knickerbocker, C.J.Dvorak,
C.E.Heaton, John Wavra and Frank Moynilan.
Councilment Absent: None
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read
and approved.
Moved by C. J. Dvorak and seconded by C. J. Knick-
erbocker that the bill of the Iowa Electric Light & Power
Company for $3.32 for street lights be allowed and paid.
A letter written by Mrs Emma Boland regarding
renewal of her beer permit was received and read and since
ne • formal application was presented no action was taken.
Moved by Councilman Frank Moynihan, Seconded by
Councilman C. E. Heaton and unani*ously carried to adjourn.
