The Town Council of the Town of Fairfax, Iowa met in
special session this with okay of July, 199 9. I
The mecting was celled to order at 700 P. M. by
fir . Behle, Kayor.
Councilmen present: John Wavra., Chess A Dvorak, Frank
J. �n Mo ihan s A C. E. Heaton and Chas Kn eck rbockere
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and
Moved by Councilman C. E. Heaton, Seconded by Councilman
Chas A Dvorak and unanimously cOr ed to fiat the budget WNW
at 0750.00 for the ensuing year and that tom of that anount be
levied.
Moved h C'"ourc.'lvan Frank J. Moynihan, Seconded by
Counclinan Jahn Wa.° ra. and vnanimously carried that 8 P. V.
Aug. 7, 1939 be fixed as the time of public hearing on the
budget, and the place be the Fairfax State Savings Bank.
Cn motion of councilman C. J. Knickerbocker g seconded
by councilman C. E. Heaton and unanimously carried the meeting
adjourned.
