Oct. 23, 1939 .
On this 13th day of Oct. , 1959 the Council of
the Town of Fairfax, Iowa met is special session with

at 7 : 30 ? & All councilmen were present.
The minutes of the precceding meeting were
dead and approved.
The following tills vere read and on motion
by Councilman Chas J . Dvorak, seconded by Councilman
C . E. Heation and unanimously carried the bills were
approved and ordered paid.
Application for Cigarette License by Urs Emma
Boland was read. it was moved by Councilman
Chas J . Dvorak, seconded by Councilman John Wavra
and unanimously carried to issue to Mrs Emma Boland
a Cigarette license .
There being no further business the meeting
adjourned.
