Deceiaber 4, 1939.
On this 4th day of December, 1939 the Tovvn
Council of the Town of Fairfax,- loi�lia met in regular
session with Mayo:c, Behle presiding.
The mecti not ffas called to order at 7: 30 P . M.
by Mayor Behle.
Councilmen present : C. E. Heaton, John Wavra
and Chas J. Dvorak.
Councilmen absent: C. J. Knickerbocker and
Frank J. Moynihan.
The minutea of the preceeding meeting i,,iere
read and approved.
Chao J. Dvorak, bill of $9 .89 for gas, rope,
straps, etc for the fire truck was read and it was
moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the bill
be allowed and paid.
There being no further business to come before
the meeting it was moved, seconded and unanimously
carried to adjourn.
