Councilmen Present : John Ravra , Frank Moynihan,
Chas J . Dvorak, C. E. Heatcn. and C . J . Knickerbocker .
Councilmen ren absent; None .
The mina es of the pr°eceedinE meeting were read
and approved.
Denniston & Partridge Co . bill. for Q . 25 and
Matt Parrott & Cons Co . bill for 13 . 2 were read and
on motion made, seconded and vnanimo us•ly carried the
bills as read were allowed and ordered paid

Councilman John Wavra and unanimou.slyfto purchase the
new code of Iowa and the Clerk was authorized to send
a_ warrant for Q5.W to the State Printer for copy;- of
said Code .
Moved by Counci I ma.r 0. E. Heaton, Seconded by
(,ot:_n.c;1man C. J . Knickerbocker and unanimously carried
to __ever a tax for 1920 of 51.00 on each male and on c c1
femaly spayed dog and -13 . 00 on each female . The tax
due and payable on or before April 1 , 1910 ttu to the
Town Clerk and if the tax is not D-_.r W by April 1, 1940
and penalty of $1.00 is attached
