Mayor, Wm. Beble, presiding and calling the meeting to or r

Councilmen Prevent: loynihan, Dvorak, Navra and
Heaton.
Councilmen kbaent ; Wickerbcokor
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read
and approved.
Moved by C. E. Heaton, seconded by councilman, Chas
J. Dvorak and unanimouVy carried tb"t funds to be raised
from the consolidated tax levied for 1939 anj payable Tr
1140 be appropriated as follows :
To the Electric Light fund - - - - - - - - 110 - 00
To the Improvement fund - - - - - - - - 'M =
To the Foperal Fund 730 . 00
Ind that the datc of Ra2ch 215 1910 at 7 : 1#1 be act
c. _ the time for hcarinZ for or against said appro7niation
and the place bc the usuol meeting place of Vc Town
Council which is at the Fairfan Stato Savings Bank and
that the Town 01crk is b =eby instnucted to post the
necessary notices aP said baaring as required by law.
There being no further business to comc before the
meeting it was moved, seconded and unanipously carried to
adjourn.
