Regular meoting of the Town Council of the Town of
Fairfax, laws beld this7th day of Oct . , 1240 .
Mayor, Wm. Behle, called the meeting to order at
7 : 45 P. M.
Councilmen Present : Tm. F. DvoVak, Chas J . Dvorak,

The Clerk ruported that in compliance with rssolutian

It was moved by Councilman, 0 . J . Knickerbooker,
Seconded by Countilman, C . E. Heaton, und uiarimously
carried to authorized the Mayor to hays the reces3awy

repairs made and to have the cost of same toxed agairs-L,
the property as provided by Statnts .
There being no further business it was moved, seconded
and unanimously carried to adjourn.
