Regular Meeting of the Town. Council of the Town
of M rfax, ie a held this 5th day of May, 1941 with
Mayor Dehle presiding. The meeting was called to order
at C P. M. and councilmen present were: M. E. Dvorak,

Chas " . Dvorak, C. E. Beaton and C. J. Knickerbocker.
Councilman Frank Moynihan was absent ...
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read
and approved.
,loved by Councilman C. E. Heaton, Seconded by Chas
J. Dvorak that we accept the bid of the Concrete Materials
and Construction Company to furnish 275 tons of chips for
our streets and that the Mayor and Town Clerk be authorized
and instructed to order said chips.
Moved by Councilman Wm. E. Dvorak, Seconded by
Chas i . Dvorak that C. J. Kni.ckerEocker and 'errs. Behle
be authorized to see Supervisor Beeson regarding preparation
of our streets for the Oil .
The town clerk was instructed to advise the Iowa
Road Building C'ompan , than we Gould 1i.ke to have the

oil placed on the streets about the first Gee's of June. �
There being no further business the meeting �
adjourned.
