Councilman Wm. F. Dvorat introduced and reed the above resclution und moved its dopticn. ms read. Councilman C. J . Knickerhocker seconded the motion. The roll call showed all councilmen voting Aye . Thereupon the Major declared the motion carried 6nd the reEolutioh adopted accardingly Councilmun C . 7.
