Gouncilment present : 0. E. Upton, C . j . Dvorak,
0 . J. Kali ckerbacker, Am. E. Dvorak and Frank Moynihan,
Councilmen absent: None -
The minutes of the precee din C meeting vers read
and anproved.
Applination by James Yanecek for reneqal of
beer permit which will expirs April 2L, 1943 was read
cnd it wnq moved by Councilmun 0. V Hoaton, Seconded by
Councilmen 0. J. Dvorak and unanimously carried to new thn permit for James Yanceek upon his filing proper
bond Rnd payinE the fee of 6100 . 00,
T Torn Olerk renorted the poxtinZ of the notice
of the Froposed .BuQst Etioatc as requKred by 1mv and
fixing wig ttme and place of hearing upon satd. Thare
being no objections filed it Vie: a. moved by Councilman
C. J. Knickerhocker, secon d^d by Councilman Wm . B. Dvorak
and unnUmons3y carried that the budget as appropriated
in the oeating of March 1, 19& 3 be and is hereby adopted.
It was moved by Councilman C . E. Hsatan, seconded
by Councilman 0. J. Knickerbocker and unanimously surrind
to adjourn,
