The meeting was call-_ d to order at c P. by Mayor,
Wm. Behle and all councilmen :.ere present .
The follo:ing bi 'ls were read and ordered paid:

After some discussion it was moved by C. F. He :t.on
and. Seconded by Chas J . Dvorak that the i9ayor is hereby
instructed to notify the Concrete Materials Construction
Company that they are not permitted to use dymamite
the limits the To..n. of Fnirfay . ioton carried by a 4 to
1 vote; all members voting yes eecept C. J . Knickerbocker
who voted no.
It sas moved by Vim. F. Dvorak, seconded by C . F. Heater
and ?unanimously carried that the To ::n clerk be and he is hereby
instrucl, d to notify the proper authorities regarding the s' t-
cation existing at the home of Ross McCo/y, with the thought
in mind that for the welfare of itug some of the Molloy children
and other children associating % ith them or passing by might
be improved.
There being so further business it ras moved, seconded
and carried to adjourn .
