Jan. 7 , 1947
Regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Fairfax, Iowa held this 7th day of January, 1947 .
The meeting was called to order at 7: 30 P. M. by
Mayor, John Lefebure.
Councilmen present: C.J.Knickdrtrocker, Chas A.
Elson, Frank L. Barta and John E. Murphy.
Councilman absent: Chas J. Dvorak.
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and
approved.
The matter of the proposed curfew ordinance was discussed
and it was decided that due to the fact that no all
councilmen were present and since this meeting was
not held on a regular meeting night and since there
was some talk of the possibility of a bill being in-
troduced in the next session of the State Legislature
ittion on this matter be deferred to a later meeting.
Informal discussion regarding possible legislation
bo be intvoduced in the coming session followed.
There being no further business it was moved, seconded
and carried to adjourn.
