Special meeting of the Torn Council of the gown of
Fairfax_, Iowa.
The meeting of the Town Council was called to order at
8 P. M. by Mayor, John Lefebure.
Cou.nAlmen Presnet: Chas J . Dvorak, Jahn E. Murphy
Howard V. Steinmetz, W. W. W±ms and Wm. F. ?amastil.
The minutes of the 7receeding meeting were read and
approved.
Mr. Flack and Mr. Holloway of the Iowa Electric Lights
Power Company met with the council and presented a.
contract for street lighting to take the place of oar
present contract which expires this month.
The Contract as presented was read and discussed and
resolution No . 2A, copy of which is made a part of
the minutes of this meet.ing, was presented and passed.
as shown in said resolution.

It was moved by councilman, Howard V. ,Ctei nmetm, seconded
by Wm. F. Zamastil, and unanimously carried that we join
the Iowa Municipal Accountin fl fi,ceTs ' Association and
that the Clerk be and is here' s authorized to forward
warrant in payment of dues.
Resolution o. 25 was presented and passed as per
recorded thereon, and said resolution is made a part
of the minutes of this meeting..
There bung no further business to come before the
meeting it was moved, seconded and carried to adjourn.
