Regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Fairfax, lovia held this 2nd day of Tray,
1949.
The meeting was called to order at 8 P. hi.
by Mayor' John Lefebure.
Councilmen present: Chas J. Dvorak, John
E. Murphy, Howard Steinmetz, -ff. W. Wiens and
Vim. F. Zamastil.
Absent; Done
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were
read and approved.
Application by Pekomy Post 572, the American
Legion, signed by L. E. Mitchell,, Commander asking
for cancellation of Glass B. Beer Permit Igo. 26,
which premmmit w,as attached to the application, was
read and it was moved, seconded and carried that
the application be approved and the permit cancelled
and refund made for the unused portion of the fee
paid.
Town Warrants s Igo. 699 to No. 799 inclusive
were read and it was moved by Chas J. Dvorak,
seconded by W. W. Wimtts and unanimously carried that
disbursement of all funds as represented by said
wgrrants e and is hereby approved.
The matter of various culverts was discussed
and the Mayor appointed a committee consisting of
Chas J. Dvorak, VVm. F. Zsmastil and -',V. Vi. Vlimns to
act as a committee to view the various premises
where culverts are needed, or asked for, and tape
proper action.
There being no further business to come
before the meeting it was moved, seconded and
carried to adjourn.
