Regular Meeting of the Town Council of
the To4n of Fairfax, Iowa field this 5th d y of
December, 1949 .
The meeting was called to order at J P. V .
by Mayor, John E. Morphy,
All Councilmen Caere present.
The minutes of the preceedinL meeting
were reach and approved.
It was moved by Howard eSte`+.nmetz, seconded
by Zamast a_l and unanimously carried that Councilman

on the meeting hold. in Cedar Rapids by the Linn Co,
