Regular meeting of the Town Counell held this

All councilmen were present.
The minutes of the preceed ng meet.ing were
read and approved.
RESOLUTION APP ROPRMATING FUNDS FOR THE YEAR
BEGINNING APRIL 1, 1950 AND ENDING MARCH 31, 1951.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF FAIRFAX, LINN COUNTY, ID�A:
That in accordance ffith the budget previously
published and certi fled, and in accordance with section
404.12 of the Iowa Cade there is appropriated the esti -
mated revenue to be received in the year beginning
april 1, 1950, and ending March 31, 1351 the following
amounts and for the following purpoµcss
Consolidated fund $4, 200.00
Fire Maintenance fund -- - ® - -- - 160.00
Fire Eaui?iaent fend ® ® _ _ - _ _ 210.00
City hall_ Maintenance _ _ _ _ _ _ 210.00
h The above and foregoing resolution was offered
by Howard Steinmetz who moved its adoption. The
motion was seconded by Vim. F. Zamastil and unanimolasly
carried.
A bill. by Vim. F. Zamastil for for
hauling garbage and other matters, nd a b 11 for
$153. 20 from LinnCounty fox work on the streets,
and culvert was read, and it was moved by K. K. Wims,
,Seconded by Chas J. Dvorak, and unanimously carried
to pay the bills .
It was moved by Howard Steinmetz, seconded
by Andrew Mill.erg and unanimously carried to purchase
the telephone from the Fairfax State Savings Barak
and 5a.ve it installed at the fare station. Price
of the phone to be $10.00.
There being no further business it was moved,
seconded and carried to adjourn..
