Councilmen present: Chas J . Dvorak, Andrew
G. ail er, Howard Stsinne z' W. W. ims and Wm.
F. zanastil.
Councilmen absent: none
The minutes of the p receed ng meetinE were
read and approNed.
Chas J . Dvorak reported he used Ray Probst' �>
PiNup 57 hours at the time of patching the streetq
and it was moved by Howard Steinmetz, seconded by
Andrew 0 . killer, and carried that John L. Xrall
be and is hereby authorized to settle with Ray Probst
for use of the Fick op at sore fair and reasonable
price; per our bating suggested.

Discussion on culverts and axkx streets was
had but no official action taken.
Tt was moved, seconded and carried to
adjourn.
