Regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Fairfax, Iowa held this nth day of Dec. , 1950.
The meeting was called to order at 8 P. M. by
John E. Murphy, the mayor.
Councilmen pre8entc Chas J. Dvorak, Andrew C.
Miller, Howard Steinmetz, W. W. Wims and Wm. F. Za.mastil.

Letter from Attorney General Larson was read;
this letter being addressed to the Mayor and Pas re-
lative to enforcement of the Deer License Lair.
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were
read and approved.
The street and alley committee reported on
their survey regarding the street signs and the
Town Clerk was auth-orined to arrange for ordering
sameo
The Town clerk reported he had received $50.00
from Francis Stallmen in payment for the services of
the Fairfax Eire Department at the time his corn field
vas on fire.
The matter of cleaning the openings at the
culverts was discussed and Chas J. Dvorak was authorized
to look after same.
There being no further business it was moved
seconded and carried to adjourn. ?
