Meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Fairfax. Iowa held this 30th day Of Karchs 1951.
The meeting was called to order at S P. U. I
All councilmen were present.
The minutes of the preceedin,g weeting were
I read and approved.
Application for renev al of Class B. Beer
Permit by Wm., C. Dunlap and John T. Miller was
read and it was moved by PV. W. Wims, Seconded by
.Andrew G. Miller and unanimously carried that the
iG permit be issued upon payment of the 150.00
license fee and filing of proper bond.
Warrants No. 854 to No. 970 inclusive were
reach these warrants representing expenditures for
the fiscal year closing Mar. 31, 1951., and it was �
moved by Councilman Howard Steinmetz, seconded
by councilman Chas J. Dvorak, and unanimously carried
that all expenditures as made by said warrants were
just and proper and that same be approved.
Corre pondence from Iowa State Highway Commission
I vas presented; same being relative to priorities, and
said correspondence was filed with the Clerk.

i The matter of placing a culvert at Mrs M. P.
Hall ' s residence was discussed and it was agreed
to see Mrs Hall and if possible to defer placing of
said culvert until after the road oil is applied.
There being no further business to cone be-
fore the meeting it was moored, seconded and carried
to adjourn.
