Special meeting of the Tou n Council of the Town
of Fairfax, Toes held this 23rd day of July, 19El.
The meeting was cal bd to order„ at 6 P. M. by
iz a ork, Jobn E. Murphy.
Councilmen present: Chat J. Dvorak, Andrew Q.
Miller, K. W. Wim5, and Um. F. Zamastil.
Councilman absent: Hovand Steinmetz.
The minutes of the 1,°receedin..g meeting were rend
and approved
The Budget estimate wan discussed and the new
laws pertaining to same were discussed. Several que tin s
arose relative to said B .dgct Estimate and the Clem`
was authori2ed and dir ec od to obtain clarification on
same from the Count; Auditor, Skate editor, or else-
where and a meeting would tae held later complete said
Budget estimate.
