WHEREAS the Council has informed itself as to the proposed
Improvement and has examined the plans therefor,
NOWA
THEREFORE Be it resolved by the said Council of
as follows ",
1. The Council hereby approves the plans for the said pro-
ject and consents to the improvement in accordance
with the plans.
2, The Council trill take such legal steps and prosecute
to a conclusion such ler-yal action and/or proceeding's
as are noi,,r or may hereafter be required,
a.. To le�ally establish the gr.--)de lines of the street
in accordance with and as shown by the project plans, and
to cause any damage accruing ther�efrom to be determined and
paid pursuant to section 389. 2,2 et seq. , Code of Iowa , 1950.
b., To take such steps as may be necessary to insure
the removal of any trees that may interfere with the con-
struction of the project.
co To prevent encroachment and obstructions upon
streets or highT,,rays covered by the project,
d. To remove or cause to be removed iTithout expense
to the State Highway Commission ( County ) all rtrn.ter hydrants,
curb boxes, eloctroliers and cables, poles, Parking meters,
traffic signals and any other facilities or obstructions
which interfere with the construction of the project.
