Neeting of the Town Council of the Tow
of Fairfax, Iowa.
The meeting was called. to orderX at 8 P. X.
by yor, John E. ei rphy.

Couch en absent : Chas J . Dvorak and
Andrew G. Killer.
The minutes of the yreceeding meeting were
read, and approved.
The Clerk reported that H. P. Losey re®
gUested. a culvert at the east side of the former
Cross property at the driveway to the garage, and
this request was refered to the btreets and Alley
Committee.
The matter of reckless driving and illegal
nose making devices on some of the automobiles
operated by teenagers was discussed and the general
impression was that some measure should be taken
to curb such doings . Some of the councilmen
agreed to speak to some of the youngsters persona_1 iy.
The date for the final meeting of the year
ending Dec. 31, 1951 was discussed and it was agreed
to hold the next meeting December 28th if possible .
There being no further business t o come be-
fore the meeting it was moved, seconded and carried
to adjourn.
