The meeting was called to order at 8 P. N. by Mayor,
Franklin J. Kara! ,
Councilmen present : Andrew G. Miller, Howard Steinmetz,
W. W. 's7i t. f. W F. Zamastil.
Ccuncilman absent : Chas J. Dvorak.
The minutes of the regular meeting of July 2, 1952 and

no objection5 filed and not ubjectors present said.
