Regular meeting of the tarn council of the Town
of Fairfax, Iowa held this 7th day of Jan, 1953
The meeting was called. to order at 8 P. X. by
ayor° Franklin J. Karal.
Councilmen prey nt : Raymond p. Nizner, Howard
Steinmetz, Andrew Killer and Wm. F . Zamastil.
Councilman Absent : Chas J. Dvorak
The minutes f the; preceeding meletingwere read
and approved.
The treasurer's report was read: and approved
Bills represented by Warrants No. 66 yo Igo. 9
inclusive were read and it was moved by Howard
Steinmetz, seconded by Raymond Mi ner and unani-
mously carried that all twills as read and paid
by said warrants be and are hereby approved.
Raymond I . Mizner was asked to check the stove
at the Fire S �ation and if adjustments were needed i
to male: same so that the station could be heat .
If after. ad justments were matte a fan was needed
the Town Clerk was autherized to have one installed.

Informal discussion regarding stray dogs, auto
parking, etc® was discussed

There being no further business it was owed,
seconded and carried to adjourn.
