Special meeting of the Town ounci of
the Town of Fairfax, Iowa head this 28th day
of June, 1954.
The meeting was called to order r at 8 P.N,
by Mayor Joseph Petr elka.
Councilmen present: Chas J. Dvorak, Raymond
D. di ner, Howard Steinmetz and Wmi. F. Za asti1®
Councilman absent : Andrew G. Miller.
Application by Albert W. Sankot for Cigarette
Permit and for Class B. Beer Permit were read and
it was moved by Dvorak, seconded by Eimer and
unanimously arried that the permits be issued and
the Town Clerk be and is hereby authbrized to
:issue same upon filing of proper bond and paying
the $50.00 fee for the Cigarette License and
$150.00 for the Class B. Beer Permit.
There being no farther business to come
before themeeting it was moored, seconded and
carried to adjourn,
