Meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Fairfax,
Iowa held this 6th day of October v 1954
The meetingwas called to order at 8 P. X. by
Na.yor, Joe Petrzelka.
Councilmen en pr event . Dvorak, Miller, Mizner,
and Steinmetz.
Councilman Wm. F. Za astil was absent.
The minutes of the pr°ec edt g meeting were
read and approved.
The treasurer's' report showing ,a total in
all funds of $5,917®30 was read and it was moved,
seconded and carried that the report of the Treasurer
r°er
be approved.
Bills as represented by -warrants No. 237 to
o® 239 inclusive were read and it was moved, seconded
and carried that the bills be approved and warrants
issued in payment of same be and are hereby approved*
It was marred, seconded and carried that the
premium of $10.00 covering the Marshal 's bond for
oney year from and after Oct. 26, 1954 be paid.
Councilman Ray and Miner offered the following
resolution: and moved its adoption.
E IT RESOLTED by the C€rundil of the 'fawn of
Fairfax, Linn County, Iowa, that the deed submitted
by Walter L. Burger, Mary A. Burger, Henry W. S1epman,
aybelle X. S :epr a , Charles Cy Lin el , Dorothy
Unnel , and J. ° . Rrall as Executor and Trustee under
the Last Will and Testament of Frank Bell on, de .ea.sedg
being to the following d scr ibed real estate, to-wit :
A The West 240.33 feet of trot A, iddi 's Addi-
tion to Fairfax, F rmar~ly Vanderbilt, Linn County, Towa,
and the South 32.64 feet of. the Wyst 240,38 feet of Lot

Said property being deeded to the Town of Fairfax
