X. by Na.yor, Joe Petrzelka. Councilmen en pr event . Dvorak, Miller, Mizner, and Steinmetz. Councilman Wm. F. Za astil was absent. The minutes of the pr°ec edt g meeting were read and approved. The treasurer's' report showing ,a total in all funds of $5,917®30 was read and it was moved, seconded and carried that the report of the Treasurer r°er be approved. Bills as represented by -warrants No. 237 to o® 239 inclusive were read and it was moved, seconded and carried that the bills be approved and warrants issued in payment of same be and are hereby approved* It was marred, seconded and carried that the premium of $10.00 covering the Marshal 's bond for oney year from and after Oct. 26, 1954 be paid.
