The meeting was called to order at S P. M. by Mayor Joseph Petr el,ka. Councilmen present: Chas J� Dvorak, Andrew G. Hiller, Raymond dl® Mi,. ner and Wm. F. Zariastil. Councilmen absent: _ Howard V. Steinmetz. Th minutes of the preeeeding meeting were read Ind approved. The Treasurer 's Report showing a total or, deposit in all funds of $6,729.90 was read and appr°oared® Ordinance No. 22 , a copy of which is attached to the minutes of September 14, 1955 , was read for the third ti e and it wasmoved by M- zzner°, se:cnn: ed by. Dvorak and unanimously carried that said ordinance be adapted and the Town Clerk instructed to publish same in accordance with the law. It was moved by Miller, seconded by Za a til and unanimously carried that policy No . 14®504 261 covering the Fire Truelt be accepted as a renewal for another which/ expired Oct , 27th. 3 Bills as represented by a,rr°a is Neu. 350 to No. 353 inclusive were read and it was moved by Uizner, seconded onded by Dvorak and unanimously carried that same be approved. It was moved by Dvorak, seconded by Miller er acid unanimoizsl.y carried that the Clerk notify the follo inig persons that they were selected as election board at the Election to be Held. Nov. 8th; Wm. Berle, Frank L. Harta and Alice Barnett, and if any of there could not serve Walter Burger and/or LaVer na Listebarger be appointed. Tt was Noved by Mizner, seconded by Miller and unanimously carried that the following persons be appointed to the Board of Review, terms to run 1 , 2, 3, 4 & 5 years in the order of their names appear- Vie Cdr . Hehle, Edna DeLa y, Florence Fox, Donald Reed, & Curtis Sel er. It was moved by Andre' Millerg seconded by . F. Za astil and unanimously carried that David C . Neuhaus be elected Building inspector.
