Meeting of the Town Council held this 7th day of
December, 1955.
The meeting was called to order at 7:30 Pa H. with
all councilmen present.
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and
aPPr°oved.
Treasurer 's report was read showing a total., on deposit
in all funds aggregating $7tO23. 9, and it was moved, seconded,
and carried that the treasurer 's report be approved.
Bills as represented by warrants No. 354 to No ® 359
inclusive were read and it was moved, seconded and carried
that sate be approved®
The Council canvassed the ballots cast at the
municipal election held November 8, 1955 and find as
follows:
For May or,
Raymond D., Ni ner received 24 votes.
Joseph Petrzelka, received 14 votes.
Don W. Hall, received. 13 votes.
For Councilmen:
Charles J. Dvorak received 49 votes
Ralph Er,-ianuel received 49 votes
F. Keith Listebar er received 50 votes
Howard Steinmetz received 39 votes
Leonard J. Yanecek received 51 vots

It was moved, seconded and carried that Raymond D.
Nizner° was elected Mayor and Charles J. Dvorak Ralph H.
Emanuel 11. Keith Li tebar er, Leonard J. Yanecek and
Howard V. Steinmetz were elected as councilmen and that
the Town Clerk be and is hereby authorized and instructed
to forward proper notice of eloction to each candidate
elected..
There being no farther business to come before
the meeting it was moved, seconded and carried to
adjourn.
