HOner°, mayor elect , and Charles J. Dvorak, Ralph Emanuel, F. Keith Listebarger, Eoward V. Stain- m tz and Leonard J. Yaneneh, councilmen elect. The Uwn Clerk pr s n ed to the Town Council the Boy by Raymond D. Hizner, Mayor. The Town Clerk, J. L. Kral! , issued the oath of office to the Mayor, Raymond Dc MAner, and to each of the elected councilmen. Tt w-as moved by Steinmetz, seconded by Dvorak and unani- mously carried that this nett !g rec ew until Wednesday, Jan.® 4, 1956 to reassemble again at 7 : 30 P.M. Now on this 4th day of January, 1956 this council did reassemble ; t he Yayor and all councilmen being present , It was moved, seconded and carried that the bond of Mayor, Raymond ymon D. Wner, be and is hereby approved and that the sag=a be filed Ath tha Town Clerk. The minutes of thi meeting of December 7, 1955 were read and approved, Harchalp C. L. McCaughey, was present and gave a full nd very detailed re por~t on Q5 duties performed during the past year. Mayors XOner offered the ame of A L. Kr°all for Town Clerk for the ensuing two years, and it was moved by Dvorak, Seconded by Steinmetz, and unanimously carried d that Krall be appointed clerk. It was oov ed bps. Dvorak be paid $60. 00 per year for looking after the fire track weekly and caring for the fire at the fire station. It was moved by Dvorak, Seconded by Steinmetz .and. unanimously carried that we a5k Mr . Ackley to request past Hayor joe5eph Petrzelka to turn over to the new Mayor the Town :cock t 5 and to make a report on any fine, collected during the past year and to surrender r the key to they fire station. it was moved by Dvorak; seconded by Steinmetz and unanimously carried that the Fairfa State Savings Bane: be and is hereby designated depositary for funds of the Town of Fairfax, Toed and that Edna DeLany , Treasurer of said town 0 hereby authorized to deposit funds of the Town of Fairfax s load in said Fairfax State Savings Bank in sums totaling in the aggregate not to exceed $`09000,00, it was moved by Emanuel , se crin ed by Yanecck and unanimously arri d that the regular meetings of the Town Council be held at 7 : 30 P.H. on the first Wednesday of each mcnt ® The treasurer 's report was read and it was moved, seco nded and carried that same be approved.
