Meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Fairfax, Iowa held this 1st day of Februarys 1956.
The meetinla was calked to order at 7 : 30 P.p'Y.
by Mayor, Raymond D. Nizner,
Councilmen Present : Dvorak, F anual, Listebar ,er,
Steinmetz, and Yanece
Councilmen absent ;
Mayor Pfiz er reported that he received the
town docket from former mayor, Joseph Petrzelka
but that he did not ask for and did not receive the
key to the fire station.
It was moved by Steinmetz, seconded by yanecek,
and carried that Orrie Waychoff be contacted in regard
max to accepting the open osition� on the
Zonfn Commission and if he refuses that Fred Then be
contacted for same .
It was moved . y Dvorak, seconded by Steinmetz,
and carried that the meeting adjourn.
In the a,asence of "own Clergy Krall F. Keith
istebarger was appointed acting town clerk.
