The minutes of the preceeding meeting were
read and approved.

Town :lesr.off reported that he had notified
F. W. Palmer that the option to purchase f
price ft . of the N. 85 ft of Lots 3 , Block 7 at the agrqed
of $930.00; that the Palwers had been paid $500.00
out of $ '_s Fire c u wk Fund of riw Fa_a_rf a Fire Department

carried that the action of the Town Clerk be and is here-
by approved.
The bill from Hennessey Pros, Tnc , for street work
on the street south fr-m tha Catholic Church and the
Wension of main street and Sipp7an avenue and the
street north fron the Carver Residence and west on
Railroad/ street or $1 ,122 .58 was presented and it --
unani-
mously carried that the bill be llowe and paid but
that first th .t_ _k obtain clarification as to the
charges of $1q . 25 in on Dlace for the Patrol rental.
and $12 . 50 in other place5 and the difference of 01 .25
and $17 . 50 per hour for the TD 14 Rental. If explanation
was satisfactory the bill to be paid.
The matter of revenue sewer bonds was discussed
and the Clerk was to try and Learn if and how they,
might bo issued .
There being no further business it was moved ,
sacended and carried ? o adjourn.
