Mizner® All councilmen were present. The minutes of the pr eceed .n ; meeting were read and approved. Bills as represented by warrants No. 430 to No- 3-0. inclusive were read and it was moved by Steinmetz, seconded. by Listebar er and unanimously carried that the bills be approved and issuance of the warrants in payment of smme be approved® Clarence Netolic;ky appeared before the council to report conditions around the Chas E. Young property; i.e; garbage can sitting on north side of the old store which has been there for the past year and never emptied, paper carton full of junk likewise his been there for the past year plus ol_d junk piled up in rear of his store. It was moved by L,istebar ,er, seconded by Stelnmetz and unan1nously carried that the Tb ._ Clerk be instructed to notify Mr. Young that the place should be cleaner. up . The clerk was Instructed to notify Elmer M. Vorel t6 cut and burn the noxious weeds in the rear of his store and it was agreed that a committee of the council as a whole, or as €ny as could be present, would rake a tour of the town and advise they clerk of any other persons who were to see that the weeds on their promises were cleaned up. The Clerk was instructed to try and arranFe a meeting for either Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday evening of next week when both Curtis Selzer and Warren Ackley could be present. Uhe purpose of the meeting to make further—arrangements for the buil.dIng of the new fire station.
