Gentlemen.
The following. Resolution was passed by the � _ Council of the

meeting of the Council held on 1'9 ,
Be it resolved by the Council, of the Incorporated
of Iowa, that the Iowa Electric Light and Power Co-
mpany be authorized and is hereby directed to install the following street lights
and/or to make the following changes in the existing system., at the locations
described herein (or shown on an attached map made a part of this Resolution)
