All council- men were present. The minutes of the! September 10, 1958 meeting was read and approved. The Treasurers report , showing a total amount of cash on hand to be $13 ,940.90 was read and unanimously approved. Warrants no. 644- through 646 were read and approved. `own clerk instructed to check with the Internal Revenue dept concerning witholding tax and social security tax from the payroll of the Town Marshall. Councilman Dvor°a ousted out that there is a need for approx. two fourteen foot culverts, 811 diameter, at the D n.ni ton ar°trid � corner. Council an Yan e indicated he would inv sti at the costs of such culvert in Cedar Rapids. Clerk reported a conversation with C. J. Knickerbocker pertain- ing to a proposal existing between him and the town. No action i to be taken at this time because Kniro er taoc er has not acte d act in regard to his part of the proposal, Installing street lights and the naming; of a street at the south edge of town was discussed , but no definite action taken.
