June 1959,'' All councilmen were 'present.. j A discussion was held concerning the various types of *ater° towers and tanks that could be used for the water system construction. Single pedastal and `tripod types were primarily discussed* After different factors were considered, it was .decided that more accurate cost figures would` be necessary before a final deci:sion� could be made The site for the proposed crater tower, and pump house was discussed. The type of tower used would determine to some 1 extent the location used, The two most logical sites were the 'property already owned by the 'town, located east of the old. Access on highway 149 in the Knickerbocker area was discussed. JL Worenber°g, who is comtemp&ating buying property there, had asked if access would be granted from their area to the highway. Such motion made Steinmetz, seconded by Yanecek and unan, approved. j .After additional discussion on the water tank location, a dedision to place the tripod type tower on the town lot if the pump house could be built xmxt within the confines of the tripod legs, so as not to use up more space than the tower proper would use, This motion made by Yanecek, seconded by Emanuel and unanimously approved.® Yanecek and Emanuel withdrew their motion in regard to the legion property until this later motion's qualifications are determined® No further busim ss, the meeking adjourned. j i C clergy mayor 1 3
