is to prepare the financial budget for the year .1960 for
the t own.

The town clerk presented the Budget Estimate and Record
of Filing for the year begiz�r�ing Jan 3 , � C0 as follows:

The budget estimate as presented was considered, discussed
and it was moved, seconded and unanimously approved that j
the town clerk have the same published in the Cedar Rapids
Gazette and that the time and date of public hearing on
this budget estimate be 7;30 PH, August 59 1959 at the
Fairfax State Savings Bann, Fairfax q Ia..
Clerk read .a letter from the State Dept . of Health in regard
to sewers and septic tanks in the area where the well is
planned for. Mayor Listebarger appointed the street and alley
committee to determine as best they could the exact location
of such sewers and se is tanks in the proposed area®
No further business to come before the meeting, it was moved, i
seconded and carried to_ adjourne I
